Once your request is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Refunds

After we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you about the status of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 7 working days. Please note that bank or payment provider processing times may vary.

Exchanges

We offer exchanges for eligible items in case of:

Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 2 days of delivery with photos of the issue. We will work quickly to provide a replacement, exchange, or refund at no additional cost.
